Product is great, ordering from you is wonderful. But,explain the shipping. Free delivery was said by one date. Then,the shipping company you used. Shipped it 50 miles from on time. Next, it was shipped 260 miles away, and back up to me. Damaged box, retaped and no explanation from no one. Came 5 days late. Luckily, inside was not damaged. Sorry, we won't be ordering from you again.

I found Great Traditions last year. Glad I did. They had the DS PHN01 controller when most places were sold out. They shipped free expedited during the Xmas season. Also bought a Racer Sideways car at a great price. This time I bought some Scaleauto parts which are hard to find. The have a great selection of cars and parts. I am a Happy Camper.
