I loved the eight placemats and napkins that I ordered. Unfortunately only three were in the pattern shown online. The others were different colors and patterns. When I tried to exchange them i was told it was final sale. Nowhere did the receipt or order say that. I would have been very happy with my original order. Now I feel taken advantage of by the company.

We love the towels at the Reikart, so we ordered some.

I was sad to receive my two dish towels and discover that the quality has definitely gone down. The towels are thinner and very coarse. The quality of the cotton and the weave is not as good as it was.

I ordered a few tea towels for a bridal gift. They were gorgeous and well made. I will he honored to present these to the beautiful bride-to-be.
