Excellent experience. Plants were healthy, as described and well packed

My experience with Grow Tropicals depends on what aspect I'm looking at, but overall I'm giving it four stars. Their customer care is excellent. They're always quick to respond to my queries, whether that relates to an order or asking advice on one of my plants, and they're very knowledgeable. I've always felt confident ordering plants from them, knowing they'll be healthy and in the best condition. But that wasn't the case with my last order, but it was quickly put right by Jess at customer care. The one gripe I have with this company is there are so many plants within my price range that always seem to be out of stock when I go to buy them. More noticeable with this company than with other online plant shops. Maybe it's just because they're more popular and get more endorsements by planty You Tubers. Very frustrating, though.
