The experience at Grown Brilliance was so easy. I tried on a few rings in the store, and they overnighted my ring to me the next day.

I Ordered a ring which looks perfect but when I order the Item there is a promotion going, which will be sent out after purchase. But after the purchase the support says it not valid to your purchase and said sorry for the confusion because their promotion instructions are vague and its a internal promotion.

The process was pretty smooth. Took a little bit longer than I expected for shipping but overall good experience

This ring is absolutely beautiful, from the sparkle, to the craftsmanship, to quality. One thing I’d like to point out is that I have a very thin band on my engagement ring (2. 5mm) and it barely fit inside-it needed a little forcing but I didn’t mind as it will all be soldered together. I wish the measurements between the two rings was included on the website, as this would be a problem for anyone with a thicker band.
