These earrings are so beautiful! I wear them to work almost every day, but also have worn them in a wedding and they can be dressed up or dressed down. They are so comfortable I can wear them even to sleep. Grown brilliance has amazing customer service and they came very quickly.

It’s hard to capture in pictures just how breathtaking this ring is. I am so so impressed with the center stone, it’s not only extremely sparkly but the clarity and cut are just beautiful. I also really like the band, it’s a bit more unique than the norm and has a nice thickness to it. For a ring I plan to wear forever, I wouldnt want it to be flimsy. So so obsessed and in love with this ring.

It was a bit of a surprise to not get to see the rings in the store, I could have shopped online and saved the trip to Tysons. The ring ended up being too big even though they measured me anyway. . Over my hour long appointment I felt mostly confused by the jargon the sales person was using, and they didn't really try to connect with me at all, I felt mostly pressured like I was supposed to understand what they were saying and like I was silly for being confused and asking questions.

So happy with our purchase. The ring is absolutely beautiful and comes with a great warranty.

An anniversary present from my husband, the ring I ended up with is beautiful, well designed and sparkly. When we first got married over a decade a ago, I didn't want a blood diamond and lab grown diamonds were not as accessible as they are now. We weren't sure about ordering online sight unseen but glad we took a chance. The first ring we ordered felt too big for me, both in ring fit and carat size. For me, there was a visible difference between a 1. 5 ct halo and a 2 ct. that I didn't feel comfortable with. I also ordered my usual ring size but it was slightly too loose - going down 0. 25 made a difference. I went back and forth on what I wanted to do and GB staff were patient, helpful, and responsive throughout my indecisiveness. I'm sure I wasn't the easiest customer. Their return/exchange process was fairly easy. The only disappointment was that when we first ordered, there was a special gift promotion included with purchase (a pair of earrings). Since their policy is to process an exchange as a return, those had to be returned as well and the special was no longer available at the time of the second purchase. Overall, I was happy with the process and would recommend GB.
