I love Grow and Flow, it is the only shampoo and conditioner I have used since I purchased. It leaves your hair clean without stripping and the conditioner makes your hair very manageable and soft!

This hair growth oil has helped my hair grow tremendously. Just purchased 3 bottles to have in my house.

The butter is just one of many good products! I apply right after a wash and if you don’t want to really do much. Wrap it up and let it dry in a wrap. My hair is not frizzy after my washes, I don’t blow dry. But a good blow dry would lock in tons of moisture!!!!!! Just great products!!!!!
