Ich hatte ein Anliegen an den Service und bekam schnelle und kompetente Antwort. Nur ein Tipp vielleicht: Nicht alle eure Kunden in Deutschland werden unbedingt so gut Englisch sprechen/lesen. (Mir macht das nichts. ) Im Sinne der Erreichbarkeit und Barrierearmut wäre es vielleicht eine Idee, auch deutschsprachige Antworten möglich zu machen.
