Works Great

This inexpensive repeater was exactly what I needed on my BacNet network to get it to communicate efficiently. Prior to installing the repeater, I was constantly getting errors and dropped tokens. With the repeater installed all my devices communicate without error.

The Grid Connect was very simple to use and worked great! I had it talking on our CAN network within 15 minutes of taking it out of the box.

Very good service and customer support, but your web site really sucks. I have placed 3 orders via web and always have difficulty to check out, either freezes or missing "next"/"continue" button. During last order I did not receive invoice via email, but I received this survey. There was no tracking number via email either, had to contact customer service to ask. Also, the last order is not shown in my account when I log in.
