Took 4 weeks to get bulbs. Shipping dept is terrible! All they say we’re checking on your order status. When grow light bulbs go dead you don’t need them in 4 weeks you need them asap. Won’t buy from them again.

Disappointed
The bulb I relieved didn't work. Which is understandable. It look weeks to get to me. I call customer service and they seemed very helpful as if I would be getting a new bulb shipped immediately. We'll, I haven't received one. So this is over a month now since the first one was shipped (April 2nd I got an email saying it was shipped) and my plants are still without their light. Oh and I forgot to mention that the bulb was very expensive. I regret not just buying the new set up. This was for my 90 year old grandmother. All she does all day is sit arpund and stare at her plants.
