The item arrived just in time without any damage I loved it

I received this product as a gift this Christmas, and it didn't disappoint at the beginning. After using it for under a month, I started to have issues with the product. I was able to connect with Issac, and through many back-and-forth emails, he was able to work with me to troubleshoot many of the issues. Though the issues were unfortunately never fully resolved, he didn't give up on good customer service and has since sent a replacement due to the issues being manufacturing errors. I'm excited to continue using their products and will actively recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a compost perfect for their kitchen.

We purchased three garden beds from Green Experience last year. Easy to build with clear instructions. They have overwintered in the Kootenays without any problems. We look forward to more homegrown healthy food this summer.

The item was delivered in a timely manner. It will not be put in place until May. It was disappointing that there was no discount on shipping for those ordering out of a specified area and was not indicated in the initial ad.

Love this composter!! This is an honest review from a Manitoba gal. I paid $40 a month for compost in Winnipeg. We moved out to a small town recently with no compost facilities and for two months saw how much food we were tossing in the garbage. It’s so hard to compost outdoors in Manitoba winters. After much research, I decided to go with green experience. Value for money exceeded my expectations! Not sure what’s going on the $1000 machines can do better, as this product is amazing!! Definitely recommend!

At first we thought it was too small, but after the first use we were incredibly happy we kept it. It solved a problem we’ve had every winter.

Very pleased with everything. My little "composter" works great. The extra filters I ordered arrived fine--little longer than expected because of the holidays but still great. Isaac is great at getting back to me when I have questions, so customer service is wonderful.

We love our kitchen composter from Green Experience. We have run about six cycles, and it is quiet and odour free. We live in a place where we cannot compost outside because of bears, so this keeps our kitchen garbage dry while providing us with some excellent compost. I do agree with comments about the instructional manual, which could be much clearer and more detailed, but that’s my only complaint.

Thanks to Green Experience, plant care is easier and more enjoyable. Their planters are of excellent quality, durable, and perfect for keeping plants healthy. They also add a natural touch that makes spaces look greener and more inviting. Without a doubt, reliable products and excellent service.

We would have liked a more comprehensive booklet on the machine, rather than having to search the website for startup information. I did not realize the two small packages included with the machine were enzymes and were thrown away. They could have been labeled. I only found that out by searching other comments online. The machine seems to be working fine, today is the 2nd time we have used it.
