I received a green batch of herbal hot oil . . . I have tried contacting this company for weeks but no response. I have not put this in my hair because it looks nothing like the picture advertised! It is completely green and solid. I spent $80+ on my order - just to receive no customer support at all. Very disappointed. I can't even use items that I have purchased. I absolutely love GreenBeauty videos, and am sad that my favorite Youtuber won't respond to me.

Its been some years since I've ordered the tea tree oil. Glad to still smell the quality in it. And thus the reason I keep supporting small black businesses. Thanks Green Beauty for your continued hair care passion.
