It has been 2 years since I started my hair-growth journey after cutting it for 53 years. . . Definitely an ongoing learning experience.   But I could not have done any of it without the help of Green Beauty and her amazing videos.   The wealth of information, instructions and references are unmatched.    I had no idea how to even begin to learn about caring for my hair after decades of cutting it. I also have the added challenge of predominantly grey hair and initial balding at the top. There has been plenty of trial and error… finding out what works and what does not.   Yet, I feel so blessed for the knowledge I have gained in following Green Beauty. My hair is growing and has become thick and strong. Even when I have perfected my routine and products to maximise my hair health and been in good general health (stress, diet, excercise etc) I always felt I still got a lot of breakage/shedding. I started to accept that maybe that is just my hair and it will always be on the thinner side. This was the missing link I'm retaining so much more length. I had incorporated protein in my routine already before this but this is unbeatable. Aphogee, shea moisture protein lines etc the list gos on, yet nothing compares. This made an immediate difference in my overall hair health even after one use. I know as I keep track of my hair loss each wash day and I can see it's halved after using this. Nothing else in my routine has changed not my protective styles, not my routine only swapping this product to be my new protein treatment. I've unfortunately during the time using this had health issues that have in the past made my hair fragile before and I have had some serious hair loss from it in the past. But during that period I've been using this product my hair has been retaining more length than even when I am at full health. I almost can't believe my eyes when I check my side by side hair balls from wash day sessions. I had seriously given up on length retention and started keeping my hair on the shorter side because it looked thin what ever struggle length I could retain. I expect over time I will get some fullness too as my breakage is less and I will update. Sorry for the rant but the world needs to know how good this is. I could not recommend it enough. Thank you for this product I hope you never stop making it.
