I bought a travel mug for over £30 and thought it would last. Unfortunately after literally a few weeks the lid has stopped working, it either doesn’t close or pops open after a few seconds. I’ve tried to resolve this but haven’t reached a resolution. However, since this request for feedback has just landed in my inbox, I’m obliging.
