I had great service. When my parcel arrived it had been opened and an item stolen from it. I emailed green tulip and explained and they sent out a replacement straight away and claimed from Royal Mail. It was a Christmas gift for my Granddaughter, which she loved. I really loved all the products I ordered from you for Christmas especially the Pom Pom baubles which looked fab on my tree! I was a little disappointed with the small tree candle as it melted very fast! But did smell lovely! 🎄
