I discovered an issue with my new ultrapress leaking between the outer cup and the seal while on a backpacking trip, which was a bit of bummer. That said, I loved the ease of being able to use the ultrapress frequently without pulling out my larger water filter. When I got home, I contacted customer service to explain the problem and they warrantied the ultrapress without issue. They’ve definitely earned my business for life.
