Fabulous service, definitely will be back

I love this place (always visit when in Melbourne from Perth) because the owner is simply exceptional—in every way—but she wasn’t on when I was there last, and the alternative service was in the first attempt quite neglectful (as the assistants were engaged in small talk for a good 10 minutes with another customer who wasn’t trying anything on and completely ignored my friend and me). But I went back later, as I knew what I wanted—so just bought it. Polite enough, just not the service we have come to expect!
