I totally love these socks. Bought to wear on a flight, right after an injury, and they were exactly what I hoped for. Not too tight, but good firm compression. They feel very good and I am looking forward to using them for sports activities (running, hiking, cycling, etc. ) once I’m back in action! On top of all that, the seller provided amazing & the best customer service.

Drying time is longer but that generally indicates a fair amount of bamboo in the sock. I use a low temperature to start and then air dry.

Company is unresponsive to multiple emails, phone calls, and chat option when requesting to return product. Quality was not as expected. Having to go through my bank to get my money back because although the company claims hassle-free returns within 30 days (and free returns at that), they do not stand by it. Very poor customer service and experience overall.

I have emailed many times to question this additional shipping cost as nowhere was it listed as £23 in addition to the socks ie nearly 50% extra. You need to make this obvious. Pls respond to my many emails which I sent to info@gowithsocks!
