I recommend against purchasing the Heidi II True Contemporary Murphy Bed. The instructions were so deficient that I had to hire a Taskrabbit professional to assemble the bed, which was expensive, frustrating, and the bed was still imperfect. The door and bedframe were not flush and the legs would not hold the bed up. Customer service sent additional parts (including a panel to replace one that was damaged upon arrival), which was appreciated, but they were unable to diagnose the issues. After spending about $2,000, I had a garbage removal company take the bed away.

Friendly, detailed assistance in finding our best option, and with delivery. We really love our new Pasadena sectional. Comfy, versatile & reasonably priced! We'll definitely be back for our next furniture purchase, thanks!

Purchase Mattress Nov 29/24, we had wait for it to be shipped, as it was not in stock. Due to things out of the control of Wholesale Furniture Brokers, Christmas, weather etc ,The Mattress arrived at the beginning of February2025, as soon as it was off the truck it was delivered to us. Both my husband and I are so happy with the mattress. Getting a good night sleep. Great service & professional & friendly. Thank you for all you did Rai!

Sergei was really helpful and gave us a really great price on a table. It was easy to assemble and looks fantastic So far I have eaten eggs, cereal, chicken, rice, salad, vegetables, perogies, and more on it!! I look forward to many different meals. I would highly recommend shopping with WFB!

Awaiting long lead time for mattress delivery......

We received our Murphy bed two weeks after placing our order. The gel mattresses did not take shape after 4days , so we contacted the claims department and after sending then a few pictures and a few back and forth emails, a new mattresses was sent out and it was perfect. Thanks for the fantastic service.
