They were unable to deliver the product. I was only offered credit to the company or pay a new shipping fee to send to another address. Unfortunately, the original shipping fee was half the cost of the item bought. So now I'll either go without a refund or end up spending the same amount in shipping as I did on the gift. Frustrating and no offer for a discount of some sort. Will not be purchasing from this company in the future.

Just did. Basket was suppose to be delivered to my son in Reno before Christmas day ( I paid extra for this delivery) then it looked like it was going to be delivered to me in Colorado. At this point in time it has not been delivered to either of us & so I ask you where the hex is it ????????????
