Website is easy to navigate, the products I received were exactly what was shown, the delivery happened when I requested it. I even received a follow up after the fact to make sure everything went well, so customer service is spot on as well!

The popcorn is nasty. The greeting card purchased was hard to find. I didn't get an email back until after my husband's birthday to understand where to find the card.

I have ordered from Gourmet Gift Baskets several times and love their selections for all occasions. They are a wonderful option for a nice gift.
