I was shopping for a clean looking, modern styled, mail box slot for a new home I'm building. It needed to look plain and in stainless steel. Most of the mail slots looked like your typical lift up door, until I found a spring loaded, push-in style slot from GotItWholesale. The price was $30 less than the others I saw on the web. They shipped quickly and I received it packed very well. The mail slot looks great, clean, and matches with the modern style of my new home.

Your crew was very attentive and helpful. Unfortunately - the Mfr. was not nearly as good. Took over 2wks for Mfr to ship product after receiving order. Then ........ the shipment got LOST in FedX's system. Your crew was great .......... expedited the problem solution. Rec'd product - and ...... THE PRODUCT WAS DEFECTIVE. Your crew got to the Mfr............ and arranged for another to go out THAT DAY - via FedX overnight. Rec'd the replacement part today. You are great>...! Thanks for your support...! Chris

Easy ordering no BS when I came to being honest about delivery times and the delivery was very smooth

I recently ordered lamps to light the walkway of a historical park. GotitWholesale had the best selection and competitive prices. This company (and my rep, Eden) was so easy to work with. From the time I placed the order I was notified if there were shipping delays to my tracking number. Items in stock ship extremely fast! Should the need arise I will order from GotItWholesale again.

The brass numbers I ordered for my mailbox were outstanding. There was about a 3 week delay in shipping them but their customer service department was VERY responsive and it shipped a few days after I inquired.

I bought eight of these pole lights a couple of years ago, these fixtures have worked very well. They have weathered storms and huricanes. The fixtures still look good. I am buying them again and would recommend them.
