I had an issue with a double order. But, that was my fault completely.

Enjoyed online seminar. Unfortunately, the supplements which also arrived with the DVD's are not good for me to take since I have kidney issue and autoimmune issues. Waiting to hear how I can return the supplements.

I love what I learned watching the videos on the computer, but the CD quality is not good doesn’t work well in my CD player I put a different CD in and it worked just fine

My experience with Sarah Otto was great until I tried L. Glutamine to curb my sweets craving. Unfortunately that did not work. I do appreciate her philosophy however.
