This formulation of probiotics is the gentlest and most effective probiotic I have used so far. I have had slow GI motility, constipation, bloating, gas and leaky gut issues my whole life. I have tried numerous formulations, most of which do nothing; others have caused pain, intense constipation, or major gut wars! I started by taking one a day, and the result was gradual and effective improvement. Two a day are currently helping me recover from 3 weeks of antibiotics. Results seem to persist even when I don't take them daily, which suggests to me that the there is at least some colonization and/or lasting healthy gut function. I have sent this formulation to multiple family members with the same issues. We are all different, but I highly recommend you try this product and see for yourself.
