Every part of buying the item was good.

The price is slightly higher than other retailers or MSRP however good games customer service, at least in store has always been great. Friendly and helpful which makes the purchasing experience delightful. The pulls for the bundle were good but that's all down to luck, will still be back for more card purchases

Very quick

I received very good service on this particular order with good games. The puzzle was good quality and enjoyable.

Wollongong staff are always friendly and easy to interact with. I find they're always willing to listen and help out with advice or suggestions. Mainly because of this I always find myself dropping in when I can, even if it is to pick up something small
