There is no customer care the product has poor quality I have tried to get in touch with warranty to start claim but the website is not working and then the order number to submit the claim is not working

It was great, the backpack arrive on time as promised by the webpage

The delivery was prompt and I was contacted with the estimated delivery date. delivery was speedy even though I ordered between the Christmas and New Year break.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this backpack made me break that rule. And I feel the need to clarify upfront: this is a product review, not a love story. This is an outstanding backpack. The overall quality is excellent, from the materials to the craftsmanship. Shipping was fast and reliable, and the backpack even arrived additionally protected in a separate cover, which immediately gave a premium impression. What really stands out is the sheer number of features. There are so many smart functions and hidden details that you almost forget some of them when trying to show the backpack to someone else. It’s incredibly well thought out. Despite all these features, the design remains very clean and understated. It looks completely “normal” at first glance — in the best possible way. In fact, it’s elegant, stylish, and feels very high-end to the touch. Several people commented right away on how sleek it looks. I’ve already shown it to multiple family members, and everyone was impressed. My favorite part is that it doesn’t look overly technical or bulky, yet it can do so much more than you would expect. Overall, a perfect balance of functionality, design, and quality. Highly recommended. P. S. In case my girlfriend is reading this: This backpack and I are business partners, nothing more!

I was disappointed to find only one size in the package. On your website, the description states: ‘This product includes three versatile sizes—small, medium, and large—to fit all your packing needs. ’ I understood this to mean that the order would include all three sizes. From my perspective, the description was misleading.

The ‘large’ size is too small for several bulky items as advertised eg 2 or 3 sweaters. The fabric is heavy and over engineered. Expensive for the usefulness

It's only a little bigger than my old bag but fits much more thanks to its clever engineering.

Well I keep outgrowing my camera bag, as I add new kit photographing disabled sports, It started with 1 camera and 1 lens, now I have 2 mirrorless cameras, 2x pro lenses, a 1. 4 convertor, a specialist tilt lens, 6 batteries, 16 memory cards, care kit and a host of small video items, plus cables and leads and must not forget the iPad and MacBook air etc. When I was at the Paralympics i had two bags, far to much to carry around as I walk with a walking stick, Now off to Milano for the Winter Paralympics and needed a rugged one bag and this on at 35L has room to expand, however when all my kit is in there it only weights 9. 5kg under most 10kg limit for airlines. So this will be coming with me at all times and when i get a new photo item I know its going to fit without a problem. Love it so far.
