Hi All, So after receiving both used and new clubs from Golfbidder, I have to say that I'm not overly satisfied with their offering. My first order consisted of a new driver and a used 3 wood, 4 hybrid and wedge. That order for the most part seemed okay, but the pricing on those items could also be found cheaper elsewhere. My second order was all used equipment, two wedges and two hybrids. The packing was atrocious, as there was no inner packing materials to keep the clubs safe, just thrown in and bouncing around. The boxes are very thin so they came with huge holes. I know this during the shipping process but better materials to secure valuables should be warranted at the prices they're asking us to pay. Also, I would expect the use of vinyl stickers for their ID numbers as the current paper ones leave nasty glue on multiple parts of the clubs, so a bit of extra work to remove them. If more attention could be paid on the logistics side, as well as reviewing market at competitors to keep pricing inline, would help drive more repeat sales to the site.
