Clubs arrived quickly and were in great condition

I went to regrip the club and discovered that the shaft was severely scratched, likely from using a blade at an angle during previous grip change. This wasn't advertised. Less than optimal on a driver shaft. The driver came with a new Golfbidder grip. I was offered a full refund or 250 SEK (no idea why in Swedish currency, i did the purchase in €) compensation but a refund wouldn't take into account the price of my newly installed grip. All in all I've got a decent proposal from the customer support but would prefer some creativity here (replacing the shaft or taking into account the newly installed grip) instead of going through the hassle of trying to find a new driver all together.

Despite some delivery issues I was happy with the golf club and the condition, the club head cover was a bit weathered and deteriorated however I did receive a refund on this so again happy with the overall service and purchase from Golfbidder
