Kanjo is respectful of your needs. I missed the email they sent me with shipping information so I reached out to them. They got back with me with the shipping information I needed and apologized for me not getting the information. I think from placing my order to receiving my order was either 4 or 5 days. I will order from them again.

The reason I give 4 stars is because of the customer service. They gave me a refund for the neck cushion. Which I very much appreciate because I can’t use it. It’s too hard for my nerve damage. I wish I could return the back cushion as well because it is too high for me. Kanjo has great ideas, it’s just not for me unfortunately.

This pillow is great! It helps alleviate headaches and also helps shoulder pain from sleeping. I was skeptical at first and was so impressed I gave the first one to my Mom and ordered a second one for myself!
