Customer service is amazing but the product simply does not last. Our lid malfunctioned multiple times and the team kindly replaced it each time, at one point even sent a new unit, but the lid still broke within a few months. Our two did not make it through the school year, I asked if there was anything I could do to prevent the malfunctions but did not receive much guidance.
