While the outside of the hoodie is good quality the inside of the hoodie sheds fuzzy pieces even after several wears and washes which is disappointing considering how expensive the hoodie is and other people have opinions that are similar also so I’m only partly pleased with the hoodie product

I ordered a product before the holidays, but unfortunately the package was stolen in my building. I contacted customer service, explained the situation, and they immediately sent a replacement. I received it in time for the holidays. Outstanding customer service.

Staff was great! You should create a loyalty program that includes exclusive stickers. Kids love the stickers and they get us into the store! When he sees an OG sticker on a piece he moves onto the next one.
