Ordered wrong sizes thought they were youth and they were men . However I am unable to return all the shirts … terrible

I placed an order in March through the GOAT site and have yet to receive it. After contacting GOAT customer service, they said there was nothing they could do and I would have to wait for USPS. There was no effort on their part to get in touch with the shipper or help me locate the package. I’m still awaiting a new update from USPS as to whether or not the package will actually be delivered.
