Provided the VIN had the parts sent based on an order number which had to be selected from a poor interface which was ambigious. Received the parts not for the model I have even though there is a claim that by providing a VIN it helps ensure we get the correct parts. I have to pay to return the wrong parts even though I was misled and I'm exchanging them. . Last time I will use this service.

Paid for expedited shipment to receive them early. I called a day after they were due and they said they will do their best and only after I said I paid for expedite they got them here 2 days later but I was forced to buy them elsewhere as my escalade came in and I need to go on a trip and couldn't wait for them. I tried returning and they want to charge me 15% restocking fee. This is ridiculous.
