I ordered two parts online from Addison on Eglinton Chevrolet Buick GMC, and unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. It has been over 15 days, and I have not received either of the parts. When I first contacted them, they told me they were still waiting for one part from GMC but could arrange the other part from my local dealer. However, when I followed up two days later, they said they could not deliver the unavailable part—and in the end, they didn’t deliver anything at all. What’s most frustrating is the lack of communication. They do not provide updates about unavailable items, leaving customers completely in the dark. I am now waiting for a refund for the second item. Based on this experience, I would not recommend placing online orders with them

Product worked well execpt lack of instructions and there was no mounting hardward included for the Bezel, had to source cottor pins and clips from a local repair shop. Other that that all good
