The ordering went smooth. I received the item in one week. The only gripe that I have with Glowen is the fact that they dont offer phone support. When I was assembling the oven and had issues with the 3 stones that did not fit I had to abort my pizza baking for the day because I could not find a solution. Even their email reply did not help much. I had to manualy adjust one stone with brushing paper and then it fit into the oven. That frustrated me greatly. But from then on it was an awesome experience using the oven.

Ich habe einen Glowen Raptor Pizzaofen gekauft und bin super zufrieden damit. Wenn man gute Zutaten verwendet macht man zuhause viel bessere Pizza als in einer pizzaria :-) die Sachen sind ordentlich verpackt, auch mit dem Kundenservice hatte ich bisher gute Erfahrungen gemacht.
