It was my first liver cleanse ever, so it was pretty intense. I must admit the Turmeric with black pepper solution was hard to get down, at first, but I adjusted to that following it up with distilled water. The olive oil at the end of the cleanse was quite a lot to swallow. I feel I did a pretty good job adhering to the detox and overall I know my liver and body thanks you for assembling such a great way for us to naturally cleanse and detoxify our organs and bodies.
