I bought the satin nickel backplates. They are more shiny than I wanted, but they serve the purpose they were needed for.

I had initially purchased my chosen cabinet pull for Home Depot. When they were out of stock, I looked deeper. I was relieved that I could purchase direct from GlideRite. I like going directly to a seller/manufacturer, because I think it's more profitable for them than working thru a big-box store. HOWEVER, I ended up with an extra set of 12, and wanted to return. I LOVE your equipment, but I'm not impressed with your return practices.
