Order is not received

Never received my order and customer service over TikTok were rubbish unfortunately. Very disappointed.

Colour was more red than orange. Pump didn’t work. And hair still looks dry. Was under the impression it would leave it looking glossy/ conditioned but that’s not been the case.

For context, I have long, wavy hair, and this shampoo has performed exceptionally well for my hair type. Thank you for providing such a high-quality product.

I really love the Super Gloss, it's my favorite products to maintain my dyed ginger hair and it has a variety of copper colors that I love. I also love that you get a pump and gloves for free now as applying it without a pump was a hassle. However, it takes AGES to restock once it's sold out. I would've loved a subscription system where I can get a new every once in a while. Sometimes I would have to get new bottle through market places, because I do love the product and what it does for my hair
