My customer service assistant (Kyle) was so helpful! I was concerned about the mirror sleek spray being out of stock but Kyle responded very quickly and assured me it would be available soon. When it was available I got sent an email from Kyle without this even being requested which I thought was excellent! Very good customer service and will definitely be purchasing the glaze mirror sleek spray in the future.

Not the results that I expected. I wanted long shiny hair. There is no guidance in how much to use, only to leave on 4 minutes. I have both times and my hair seems about the same.

Never received my order and customer service over TikTok were rubbish unfortunately. Very disappointed.

Colour was more red than orange. Pump didn’t work. And hair still looks dry. Was under the impression it would leave it looking glossy/ conditioned but that’s not been the case.
