Great shampoo and gloss conditioner!! My hair is down to my waist and I am 75 yrs old. I have always taken pride in my hair My hair is in areas pure, beautiful white and other areas are white mixed gray. My hair glistened in the sun like I have never seen!! Thank you for such a great product.

Never received it. It was sent back to sender since it was sent to a post office and not my address and there was no attempt to send it to my address. I think it’s because the company can’t afford to send it to my address?

I placed an order in September of last year, but unfortunately, my package never arrived despite me waiting for several months. During this time, I received no updates regarding the order status, nor did I receive a refund. On a another occasion, my friend kindly placed an order for me, only to be informed weeks later that you no longer ship to European countries. Regrettably, she has not received a refund either. Additionally, I have noticed that every product on your online shop has been sold out for quite some time, and the same is true on Amazon. I previously submitted a complaint email regarding these issues, yet it has now been a month without any response.
