I had an issue with my scented stems and reached out to customer service. The response was so timely, they educated me on their home fragrance products and are willing to send scent stem replacements to make sure I don't have a bad batch. Glasshouse has a customer for life.

I absolutely love this scent, Midnight in Milan! Apparently, the little boutique I got my bottle from in Louisiana was old or the scent had worn down by sitting on the shelf. Customer service reached out to me to make it right! They were the kindest people and offered to send me a new bottle! I will definitely be buying more scents just because of their outstanding customer service! They stand behind their products! That is rare these days! Totally impressed and in love with Glasshouse!!!
