Little slow with shipping items out . No where was it stated at time of purchase that it would be delayed. When I questioned why it hadn’t been shipped, I was told it was stated on the site . It wasn’t .

Shipped later than expected as product was late to the warehouse. I followed up with a message which was quickly answered but it would have been great to have an update once the usual shipping time elapsed.

I have recently discovered Danessa Myricks. All of her products are amazing! The Balm is a dream. Glam Raider’s customer service is brilliant.
