I had a problem with my Riki mirror getting charged. I reached out to customer service and got an answer almost immediately. She wanted me to troubleshoot to see if that would help my mirror. Stay charged. It did not work. She offered me a new year at a percentage off and of course I took it! I love my. Riki mirror. And I love your customer service! I will continue to buy these products and continue to let others know of what a great company this is!! Thank you so much

Fantastic product. . . I bought the Glamcor multimedia 9yrs ago. My remote control got damaged. I reached out to get a new remote.
