I recently purchased the Riki Miracle and have used it twice on a couple of starter pimples for a few minutes. I’m pleased to report that one of the pimples has noticeably gotten smaller! I ordered three devices to share as gifts, but unfortunately, one of them arrived broken. I reached out to customer service, and I was incredibly impressed with their response time. They replied the same day and were very friendly. After I sent them pictures of the broken case, they quickly assured me that they would replace it. Overall, I’m really happy with my experience. Shipping was also speedy, which is a huge plus since I ordered just a week before I needed to give the gifts. I would definitely recommend this product and their attentive customer service!

I love the light, but my only issue is, it is a little difficult to take apart. The little button to release the light part is a little hard and I was afraid I was going to break it. But overall great light

I had a problem with my Riki mirror getting charged. I reached out to customer service and got an answer almost immediately. She wanted me to troubleshoot to see if that would help my mirror. Stay charged. It did not work. She offered me a new year at a percentage off and of course I took it! I love my. Riki mirror. And I love your customer service! Fantastic product. . . I bought the Glamcor multimedia 9yrs ago. My remote control got damaged. I reached out to get a new remote.
