Great service!

Quick deliver. Well packaged.

Need to follow up with return but no one has answered after 3 business days

Excellent- worth the price. Fast shipping and good communication.

J’adore

I would purchase from Giraffy again without worry. Communication was clear and shipping was quick. I was kept informed of when to expect my parcel and when it was delivered.

Great products, great service, fast shipping. A repeat customer, says it all!

My purchase arrived much faster than I thought. I live in NS and my package arrived within a week! The price was lower than at both online and in-person stores. I will definitely order from GiraffyCo again! I fully recommend this beautiful store.

livraison rapide, merci

Giraffy was awesome and it was the best price online as well

Very kind and attentive service, impeccably packed, and the product itself is lovely.

Nothing to say

Product was dispatched in a timely manner and packaged well. Shipping was a little problematic - delievery was to the incorrect address and it took me some time to work out where. But all sorted now and was well packaged - so damage free.

Shipping was decent speed and the items arrived in perfect condition! Great purchase!

Too short and burnt too fast

very nice, after i wroted a note to contact me, a person did answer me from the clientele service by texto, and help me with my order. i appreciated it

quick delivery， nice price，I really like this bag!

Good, easy purchase

Way lighter pinkish tan leather than advertised, bs return policy, never should have bothered and wouldn;t have accepted the shipment if I saw the wrong/defective item was delivered. Looks like the wallet was switched for a cheaper model, more pink than the bronze that was pictured and unfinished leather interior, unlike my original secrid wallets. Don't trust this seller and sending full report with images to secrid directly.

It was a good experience ordering. I appreciated the emails keeping me up to date with my order. It arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I wouldn't hesitate to order again.
