Looked good before, looks good now. Had a problem I couldn't buy anything because of rejecting cookies but contacted Gill and they had that sorted in 10 minutes. Customer service is still brilliant, has been for the last 20 years and all the gear is of high standard.

Unless you are 100% sure of what you want, do not purchase from this company. They state that returns are “quick and easy”. They are not. I bought a coat, based on the measurements I thought worse case my husband would wear it. The coat was too big for him as well. I contacted Gill for a return and was told to ship it back and provided with the address. I was not provided with a means to ship it so the approx $170 coat cost $45 to ship back using UPS ground. Only after the coat was shipped and I informed Gill did they offer to use their shipping service and it would only be approx $10. Why would they wait to tell me after it was mailed that I could use their service? I then confirmed they received the coat and they claimed a refund was issued on Dec 12, 2025 HOWEVER No refund has been received as of late March 2026 and I have reached out to customer service multiple times. I have heard nothing other than “we will look into it”. Returns are NOT quick and easy and customer service is abysmal.
