I ordered this as an “Easter Basket Gift” for a friend. It was even delivered on the Saturday before Easter Day. The experience of receiving, opening, and unboxing it was a delightful and fun surprise for them. They loved the novelty of the presentation and selection of snacks.

I sent this to a client so that he and his family could enjoy a game night during the holidays. It was a huge hit! One thing to note is that it took them a long time to get it open, and I didn't even select the highest level of difficulty! Just goes to show you that they mean it when they say they make the crates harder to open :)

This company is a disaster. I ordered a "Brocrate" to be shipped to a friend of mine in Amarillo, Texas as a hip replacement surgery convalescent gift. I got two different confirming emails - one showing it shipped to the correct address, one showing it shipped to my home address in Indianapolis. Following a phone call and countless (at least 20) increasingly frustrating emails with someone in customer service, the package arrived at my home today while I was not there to refuse shipment. And on top of that, the package was damaged. I sent a photo of the damaged package to the customer service person, who said it wasn't damaged enough. I believe now this company may be a scam or some Chinese junk store. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE>

I wanted a gift to be delivered near a future date but never saw the option to do that. Gift arrived 10 days earlier than I would have liked and sat outside until recipient got back from a trip. I was just lucky a porch thief didn't take it.
