This is a great company with quality products and complimentary service. I was disappointed with the ball and socket tom mounts I purchased, but that is probably an engineering concept that should be retired. In my thirty plus years of drumming I've never seen one that didn't drop immediately after setting, then sag further with playing. The ones I purchased were no exception.
