Ace Farley V2 Carbon fiber. Fantastic little slip joint! Comfortable in hand. Fit and finish is spot on! Blade centered and razor sharp (already bit me once) I have always been impressed with Giant mouse knives even if they ended up not staying in the collection they have always been quality knives. If you are looking for a classy slip joint that you can actually use for more than cutting threads this is a great choice.

I was a bit concerned about ordering internationally, but didn’t have any issues and it arrived quicker than expected. I did have to pay some duty fees, but GiantMouse isn’t responsible for that. Overall I am satisfied with the communication and service.

I almost love everything about this knife, let’s talk about what I like first. I love the shape of this blade, it’s reminds of a mini hybrid Cleaver/Seax. It’s a sharp knife, beautifully crafted. My favorite parts are the Carbon Fiber handle and the hand crafted leather sheath. I am a huge fan of Carbon Fiber, I’ve been wanting a knife with a Carbon Fiber handle for the longest. I found other blades that have a Carbon Fiber handle, but they all look similar. But this one, what Giant Mouse did with this amazing handle, it’s incredible. I love this design of it, feels really good in the hands. The way it glistens, I can stare it all day. As soon as I saw it, I knew I had to have it! Now the leather sheath, it’s spectacular! I was a little worried that I wasn’t going to like it, I’m used to a Kydex sheath. Let me tell you, I love it. The leather looks beautiful, it accommodates very well with this type of knife. I really admire that’s it’s made from Italy, you can definitely tell when seeing it firsthand and holding it. Now the negative, I wish this beautiful handcrafted blade had a bigger handle. The blade size is great, especially for everyday carry, but the handle is small. I am unable to fully grasp it, unless I lay my thumb on the spine of the knife. The placement of the jimping benefits very well when putting your thumb or index finger. Aside from that, this blade is fantastic , I can’t wait to put it on my belt and/or put it to use

I could not believe how incredible the slip joint Jutland SSU exclusive is! I work in a knife shop and Giant Mouse is by far my favorite brand, yes even over the butterfly brand. The SSU Jutland’s fit and finish is second to none. The weight and balance between the brass scales and the S90v steel blade instantly made this my favorite knife for EDC. I don’t know how you do what you do, just keep doing it.
