Yeah, I was great. They were a lot of help. They answered my questions and they shipped my three tumblers very quickly.

To be completely honest, I first saw the YAYA cups and thought they were adorable. I bought two—one for each of my children. Very quickly, the lids (the part that screws on) on both cups broke. I wasn’t sure why it happened, but I wanted to give the brand a fair chance, so I purchased two replacement lids, which actually cost the same as buying a new bottle. I only did that because I really needed the rubber pieces to prevent them from breaking again. However, just one week later, the cup holder also broke. I ended up paying $20 for a children’s cup that has no durability at all—something even an adult couldn’t keep intact. I’m sorry, but being cute without being sustainable just doesn’t work. Products need to have quality, not only aesthetic appeal.

If I could I would give zero stars. I didn’t get my order and can’t talk to anyone. Apparently, you were trying to deliver to the billing address not the shipping one. I paid extra fees to get it faster and not only I didn’t get my order but also couldn’t speak to anyone at your end for a solution.
