Your customer service has been at the top! Recent news is disappointing that BIC will discontinue, initially, support for the App (I see the app as the product lines weak spot) in 2026; possibly dropping the product when the 2026 printings finish! I've only been using my Flex planner for a few days, but I am impressed so far with the functionality and the quality of the product. I plan on getting a cover for it to keep the pens, towel, and spray bottle. I like the fact that I can just scan a page and instantly upload it to my Google Drive. Very convenient, and I love the way the pen writes on the "paper. "

I love the variety of pages and layouts. Added dividers to help me locate them but I don't like how they end up dividing full layouts so I might get some tabs that attach to pages. Other than that, can't wait to use as my full-time planner.

I love my Rocketbook! I use it to be able to transcribe my stories as I am a very slow typist. The OCR does a pretty good job of picking up my writing (though I do have to write in print instead of cursive) and really cuts down on time I have to spend on the computer.

Honestly, while I love the product, it's pricey for common use in the office. Also, the options are odd. They're all missing pieces. I have a hard time deciding which one I want, because none of them is a perfect solution. I want a notebook and a planner, not a bunch of things. It's not convenient or efficient. Flex doesn't have enough weekly dashboards, Fusion is more notebook than planner - not enough weekly/monthly pages; Fusion Plus needs a few more Monthly spreads, maybe a quarter dashboard; an Annual dashboard, and a Goals/Project Status overview (multiple projects); and ALL of them need less grid/dot/lined pages. And everything is too high priced. I don't buy until I can get at least a 30% discount; site needs to add tax exempt options.

Easy to buy, easy to use. Great for meetings and larger projects. Too big for small projects to use whole pages but if break it into 2 areas works fine.
